This hotel offers a great location, tucked away in the mountains and surrounded by lovely scenery. the room was well, equipped with amenities like dressing gowns and slippers. the breakfast spread showcased a wide array of local produce. the staff was courteous, polite, and attentive to details, like providing separate towels for use in the pool and spa. the spa facilities were fantastic and perfect for rejuvenation after hiking. the snacks provided during the 'snack hour' were delicious, and the pool area was great.
There was an issue with the check, in process, as the reception was closed even during check, in hours, which caused some inconvenience.

The staff was impressive, courteous, and eager to help. We were impressed by the quality of the half-board service, which included hot food, soups, and desserts. The spa area was small but well-equipped, with a steam room, sauna, water beds, and lounge space. The location is fantastic, and the warm pool was a great way to relax after a long day of mountain trekking. The six-course dinner was delicious, and breakfast provided a great variety of local produce.
The check-in process was tough since the reception was closed even during check-in hours.

Staff was friendly and remembered our needs well during our weekend stay. the inclusive hot foods, soups, and dessert snack hour from 3 pm to 4:30 pm was a nice touch, as was the Easter breakfast table for the kids.
Checking in was a nightmare, as the reception was closed during check-in hours. Location was not as scenic as we'd hoped, and the pool was small with limited spa options.
